At Franklin REC, we are committed to investing in the next generation of leaders by prioritizing programs that empower Iowa’s youth. Our Iowa Youth Leadership Academy and Iowa Youth Tour provide students with unique opportunities to develop leadership skills, explore the cooperative business model, and engage with their communities. Through hands-on learning, interactive experiences, and meaningful connections, these programs inspire young people to grow, serve, and make a positive impact both locally and beyond.
