Franklin REC 2025 Annual Meeting & Director Election
The Details
Franklin REC's 2025 Annual Meeting will be held on April 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Franklin REC office, located at 1560 Hwy. 65, Hampton, Iowa. This year's meeting will follow a business-only format, focusing solely on essential cooperative matters.
The agenda includes:
- Presentation of reports from officers, directors, and committees.
- Election of three directors, each serving a three-year term:
- District 1: John Snyder (Incumbent)
- District 1: David Keninger (Incumbent)
- District 2: Gordon Greimann (Incumbent)
- Addressing any other business that may legally come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.
These candidates have been nominated by the Committee on Nominations, appointed by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Cooperative's Bylaws.

How to Vote
Members will receive their voting ballots in the second week of March. To ensure your vote is counted:
- Mail-in Voting: Place your completed ballot inside the official voting envelope and ensure it is postmarked by Saturday, March 29, 2025.
- In-Person Delivery: Submit your completed ballot inside the official voting envelope at the Franklin REC office by 3:30 PM on April 1, 2025.
Ballots submitted without the official voting envelope will not be counted.
Members who return their ballots by the deadline will receive a $10 bill credit and will be entered into a drawing for one of five $100 gift cards.
